VTR Mobile Health Worker Training is a mobile training platform that can be used on any smart phone, tablet computer, or laptop/desktop computer. It features a web application that allows viewing of high-quality training content. The Android mobile application allows users to view content offline where there is no internet, or to save data costs.
VTR Mobile Health Worker Training
VTR supports any multi-media training content and features test-taking capabilities in between course modules such that a pass is required for proceeding to subsequent modules. At the end of each course, certification can be provided to successful trainees. Users can monitor their own progress and test scores on the web application or the mobile application. VTR is ideal for institutions that have large numbers of members that are in distant locations but need to be trained on the same material. We offer two versions of the VTR Mobile Health Worker Training Platform:
Staff Training
VTR Mobile is a ‘Closed Version’ that InStrat offers to institutions for training their staff or members. We will create user profiles and log-in credentials and deliver the customized training content to each member. We will provide weekly and monthly training update reports and a detailed report at the end of each program with individual participation information, results and test scores.
Public facing web portal
VTR Direct is available to individuals through our public facing web portal. Users browse content, place orders, pay and view the purchased content and upon passing required tests, receive certification from organizations that have accredited the content. VTR Direct is now being used to offer mobile Continuing Professional Development Courses (CPD courses) for Nigerian Doctors. We plan to expand this offering to include all medical specialties and extend the offering to nurses, pharmacists, dentists, lab technicians, etc. InStrat develops original training content and partners with Content Providers to offer content for the VTR Platform. Our content partners include the University of Leeds, UK, Stanford University, US, Medical Aids Films (UK). Our content library contains almost 200 titles and we will expand it to almost 3,000 by the end of 2019.
