Under his leadership, InStrat has emerged as Nigeria’s leading mobile health technology company with services including primary health care facility management, mobile health worker training, electronic disease surveillance and satellite internet access to off-net facilities. Prior to InStrat, Okey spent over a decade in leadership positions in global life sciences industry leaders - Pfizer Inc., and Novartis. Okey’s prior career was in investment banking with JP Morgan Chase and Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (Africa). Okey holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Columbia Business School, New York. In addition, he serves on the Boards of Trustees of multiple NGOs including Oando Foundation and The Christopher Okigbo Foundation.

Ijeoma Anya has a demonstrated expertise in project management and customer relations attained through several years of managing complex technical projects internationally. With a Masters of Sciences Degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Manchester UK, and as a project engineer for a downstream Nigerian oil and gas company, Ijeoma has consistently delivered impressive results within tight resource constraints. Recently, Ijeoma played in important role in the design, optimization and management of a $200million IOC Warehouse documentation system. Ijeoma is InStrat Global Health Solutions Director of Federal Engagements and Southern Nigeria Business Operations.
