InStrat has developed and deployed Open National Health Management Information System (OpenNHMIS), Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health Primary Health Facility EMR, starting with 3,000 primary health facilities, with a view to scale up to all 30,000 PHCs in country.

OpenNHMIS is built on the open source OpenMRS (https://openmrs.org/) EMR platform. Data and records are transferred to cloud servers for aggregation, storage, processing, and reporting via a real time online data analytics portal. Patient data is also available for recall at the point of care.
